MLB prop line shopping

Line shopping is part of Pro

Where the sportsbooks disagree on a player prop: middles, different numbers and better prices than the books' own average, with each quote's age. The props board stays free.

Pro
  • Different numbers

Books do not always post the same line. One has a player's points at 24.5 and another at 25.5; the page lists every number posted, the best number for each side and how far apart the books are.

  • Middles

When the numbers sit apart on a whole-number window (an over at 24.5 and an under at 26.5), both bets win if the result lands inside it. The page shows the window and what it costs if the result lands outside.

  • Price against the average

At a number several books share, one book can pay more than the others' margin-free average for the same side. The page shows that gap, which is the market's view of itself and never ours.

The numbers in these examples are illustrations, not live lines. Every real quote on the page shows its age. Market data, never a pick.
