Terms of Service

Probetrics is an informational sports analytics service. We publish statistical model outputs, odds comparisons, and historical results for UFC events. We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator: we do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers, and we never hold or handle wagering funds.

Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, or investment advice. Model outputs are probabilistic estimates generated from historical data. They can be wrong, and past performance — including our published track record — does not guarantee future results. Any decisions you make, including wagering decisions with third-party sportsbooks, are yours alone and at your own risk.

The Service is intended for people of legal sports-wagering age in their jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states). If you are not of legal age, do not use the Service. You are responsible for knowing whether sports wagering is legal where you live.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods. We may change prices with advance notice — changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-period.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Service content, or access the Service with bots or automated tools;
• resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our data, model outputs, or content without written permission;
• share paid-account access beyond your own personal use;
• interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

The Service — including its design, text, model outputs, statistics compilations, and branding — is owned by Probetrics or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Fight data and odds originate from third-party sources; team and event names are the property of their respective owners, and Probetrics is not affiliated with or endorsed by UFC or any sportsbook.

The Service links to third-party sportsbooks and other sites. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up or deposit through them, at no extra cost to you. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, offers, odds accuracy, or conduct.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Odds, statistics, and schedules come from third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or wagering losses of any kind — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you have paid nothing).

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 5–8 and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above (and, for significant changes, notice on the site or by email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
